Small Group Training
Choose small group training (SGT) if you would like to experience the fun, competitive and supportive energy of a group. Fendy created a fun total body program that will help you gain strength, boost aerobic capacity, and increase your flexibility. The workout program changes every 6 weeks and teaches members to be intentional about restoration and recovery.
